I drove out to the river to join Carol and Bill enjoying the weather, sights and water. What I found, is they have been hard at work.
Carol has created a couple wall hanging quilts for the Oncology floor at Tri-City Hospital. She cut and sewed, cut and sewed. And put all the t-shirt icons of fund raisers and support events for education of oncology research and support of patients together.

Bill was hard at work outdoors. The place looks great!
I showed up just in time to see results without having to strain myself unnecessarily. We spent the day on the water.

And the beach.

Did I mention that I needed to relax after seeing all that hard work that had been accomplished?

The boat ride was very fun.

But Bill was wondering how to get the boat out of the water.

Thank goodness I was here to help with my trailer towing monster of a truck!

Even without the boat in tow, the ol' Jeep didn't want to climb the hill. You bet, Rip and I towed that home too! So now I feel that I have worked a bit as well.
Whew! I think I need to plan a vacation.
