We woke up this morning with a dilemma. How do you eat pancakes and bacon one handed??

Simple. make a pancake taco! We took Bisquick pancake mix and made a pancake. While its in the pan, we then put syrup, and one slice of crispy bacon.

We then put it in a paper towel and folded it in half.
