Rest assured, we all made it down and back to camp. Coyote took us to 10000 feet on the day of the first winter storm. We climbed and
descended Hazard in bitter cold and lost the derailleur on one bike. Next was the mud of
Kokopelli. It not only kept us from riding, but stopped the wheels from turning! We pushed and carried for 90 minutes. Finally the downhill smoked all our brakes, my
clinchers failed completely. I got a ride from Kyle to make it back.
