Farewell British Columbia! It is difficult to leave after having so much fun at Whistler... I mean really difficult! The drive back to Vancouver went smooth with Ryan at the wheel. It was tough to say goodbye to Katie at camp, Merideth and Donna at the airport and Kari and Ryan at the hotel. Andy, Toma, David and I joined for award winning sushi before saying our goodbyes. The difficult part came when I flagged down a cab for the ride to the train station. Sounds simple enough, but the driver dissed me. Even the Blue Horizon bell hop, Sam, failed to get me a ride. Sam's advice was to take bus 5 to the skytrain on to the station. So I hauled my duffel, boots and backpack to the bus stop. More advice from the bus driver and a couple subway passengers got me to the train on time! I love Canada!
