Thanks Chinmay for the vegi empanada at Aqua Verde! I was surprised to have authentic Baja eats this far North. All you Seattlites out there should pay this place a visit. We also made a stop by Pikes Place to satisfy my tourista obligation. I tasted dark chocolate pasta - imagine it with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and berries on top for dessert, mmm mm! But the highlight was a stop at the original Starbucks. This photo shows the founding monument and Jen in the background preparing my tall drip. Tonight we are headed to the Red Hook Brewery for a tour, tasting and dinner.
